WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR TRANSFERS:

Our Transfers are Private and include meet and greet services with the friendliest and most helpful staff you’ll find in California. DVB Transportation drivers are uniformed with an easily read sign bearing your name (or company title). Your chauffeur will help you load your luggage from your hotel or bellboys or from the airport and place it carefully within the vehicle.

We may allow stop on maximum 15 minutes only when is needed (restroom stops)

General information:

1 hand bag allowed per person

1 suitcase allowed per person in case you arrive at your destination with excess baggage, ($25.00 per extra luggage) you must pay an additional amount for the undeclared extra weight.

In case you do not locate the driver, please call the emergency telephone number 1-855-378-3006.

Remember that you must present your confirmation page to the representative / guide / driver along with your ID or passport. Please do not forget your documentation.

Please note that if you are traveling with small children it is mandatory to use an approved child seat. So, it is your responsibility to notify us in advance. Usually children ages 0-5 will required a baby car seat or booster. If not, we will not be able to guarantee the service.

ARRIVALS:

Domestic Arrivals: For this service, the driver will wait a total of 60 minutes (instead of the specified standard waiting time)

International Arrivals: For this service, the driver will wait a total of 120 minutes (instead of the specified standard waiting time)

In case your flight is delayed, it is your responsibility to notify our office immediately at 1-855-378-3006. If you do not notify us in advance, you may lose your transfer service, or if the notification is sent when the driver is at the airport already, the driver will offer the option to wait for your party for an addition fee of $60 per hour.

DEPARTURES:

Domestic Departure: For this service, the driver will wait outside your hotel lobby 3 hours before your flight departure

International Departure: For this service, the driver will wait outside your hotel lobby 4 hours before your flight departure 

If you do not have your Pick-Up Time. Please call at least 24 hours to confirm your pick-up time and location

Maximum waiting time outside the lobby. 15 minutes, after this time, driver will depart and you may lose your service with no refund.

In case you are delayed, it is your responsibility to notify our office immediately at 1-855-378-3006. If you do not notify us in advance, you may lose your transfer service, or if the notification is sent when the driver is outside your hotel lobby already, the driver will offer the option to wait for your party for an addition fee of $60 per hour, after 15 minutes waiting.

POINT TO POINT TRANSFERS:

Same baggage/children/ rules apply. Maximum waiting time outside the lobby. 15 minutes, after this time, driver will depart and you may lose your service with no refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

48 Hours for direct consumers. Travel Agencies or Tour Operatorors, please see your Terms & Conditions Contract.
