Your chauffeur or bellboys will help you load your luggage from your hotel or from the airport and place it carefully within the vehicle.

Domestic Arrivals: For this service, the driver will Meet & Greet guest and wait a total of 60 minutes (instead of the standard waiting time)
International Arrivals: For this service, the driver will Meet & Greet guest and wait a total of 120 minutes (instead of the standard waiting time)
In case your flight is delayed, it is your responsibility to notify our office immediately at 1-855-378-3006. If you do not notify us in advance, you may lose your transfer service, or if the notification is sent when the driver is at the airport already, the driver will offer the option to wait for your party for an addition fee of $60 per hour.
Domestic Departure: For this service, you will be picked-up from your hotel 3 hours before your flight departure; your driver will wait outside hotel lobby.
International Departure: For this service, you will be picked-up from your hotel 4 hours before your flight departure; your driver will wait outside hotel lobby.
If you do not have your Pick-Up Time, please call at least 24 hours to confirm your pick-up time and location.
Maximum waiting time outside the lobby: 15 minutes, after this time, driver will depart and you may lose your service with no refund.
